FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to run?

Very little. Our low-voltage LED fixtures use a fraction of the power of old halogen bulbs, usually just a few dollars a month.

Will the fixtures hold up to salt air?

We use brass and copper fixtures built for coastal conditions. They weather to a natural finish instead of rusting.

Can you add lighting to my existing landscape without tearing it up?

Yes. The wiring is buried just a few inches below the surface, and plants and beds are left as they are.

Can I control the lights from my phone?

Yes. We can set up timers, dimming and app control, so the lights come on at dusk and you can adjust them from anywhere.

Is it dark-sky friendly?

Yes. We aim the light down and at what matters, so it doesn't spill into the sky or onto your neighbors' property.

Do you maintain the system?

Yes. We adjust fixtures as the plants grow, replace anything damaged and check the timers each season.
