Irrigation

Zoned irrigation systems designed, installed and maintained for healthy landscapes and efficient water use.

Overview

The Right Amount of Water, Right Where It's Needed

Sandy Cape soil dries out fast, and many towns restrict summer watering. A well-planned sprinkler system puts water where each area needs it: spray heads for lawn, drip lines for beds, and a smart controller that skips a cycle when it rains.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I winterize my sprinkler system?

Before the first hard freeze, usually between mid-October and early November. We blow out every zone with compressed air so no water freezes in the lines.

When do you do spring start-ups?

Usually in April and May, once the risk of a hard freeze has passed. We turn the system on, check every zone and fix any heads that froze or broke over the winter.

Can you add zones to my existing system?

Yes. Whether you've added new beds or a new lawn area, we can expand the system to cover it.

My town has watering restrictions. Can the system work with them?

Yes. We program the controller around your town's watering days and hours. A smart controller also skips a cycle when it rains.

Will installing a sprinkler system tear up my lawn?

Only a little. We use equipment that pulls the pipe through the soil in a narrow line instead of digging wide trenches, and the lawn recovers within a few weeks.
